55 Douglas Street (formerly known as Cerium House) is currently undergoing a Cat A refurbishment which includes the basement, reception and all floorplates.
The floorplates are being extended into an underused entrance courtyard, resulting in a net increase in area of around 1,000sqm.
This provides space for a new, double height reception space leading via secure access to refreshed lift lobbies.
