Planning for EP4

One of our latest Fountainbridge projects has just been given approval by City Planners. Exchange Place 4 completes BDP’s original nineties master plan for the area between Fountainbridge and Morrison Street, continuing the circular theme set by the original Scottish Widow’s HQ Building and Exchange Place 3.

This building provides net lettable Grade A accommodation of 1750m² aimed at the small to medium business market, and sustainable travel to and from it will be promoted through excellent facilities for cyclists, helped by its location on the main cycle route into the city centre from the Union Canal.
