Investing in our future.

Following on from our recent announcements regarding changes within the practice, we are delighted to announce a number of promotions as part of our wider review of the internal structure of the business, and to continue to recognise the rising talent within MLA.

We are promoting six staff to the new role of Project Director which recognises the passion and experience that each of these people bring to MLA, and the contribution that they continue to make to the successful running of the business.

To keep us agile in the changing workplace landscape, we are investing in our IT systems and infrastructure. We are appointing Nick Gunn as our new IT Director to lead this process at MLA.

We are also promoting five staff to the position of Associate, who embody the values of MLA and are well positioned to develop their skills and share their expertise.

These promotions will help us strengthen the relationships that we have with our valued clients and collaborators, and continue to deliver the high quality of service that we are proud of.
