BCO Awards 2020 Winner

Following a rather protracted judging period due to Coronavirus, the BCO Awards were finally held on Friday 23rd of October. Taking the form of a virtual ceremony, we were excited to be attending online to support our two entries to this year’s awards.

We are delighted that 122 Waterloo Street in Glasgow won the Regional Award in the Corporate Workplace category this year. Designed for clients HFD Property Group, the office is occupied by Morgan Stanley.

The judge’s commended ‘the development’s focus on health and wellbeing by providing a light, vibrant workplace’ and were also ‘impressed by the agility of the workplace’.

Constructed by McGlaughlin & Harvey and with an interior fit out designed by Space incorporating HAA Design, the win is a welcome addition to the accolades that 122 has received since its completion.
