2019 CHARITY EVENT
Here we go again!!
As if our first charity event in 2017 hadn’t been punishment enough, we have decided to replicate the original MLA 100K format by doing another one.
On June 22nd, the whole office will be undertaking the ‘MLA100K – the Rob Roy Way’. Once again, the plan is for our eager teams to do 100km in a relay format. We have a total of 43 people, running or cycling from 4km up to the full 100km – as well as a support team of 6 people keeping us on track. We’ll be covering a combined total of over 1,800km!!
The added challenge to this year’s event, which follows the Rob Roy Way from Drymen to Kenmore is, as the organiser puts it, ‘it’s a bit hillier’.
We are again raising money for 3 charities:
- Beatson Cancer Charity
- Alzheimer Research UK
- Simpson Special Care Babies
The last event raised a fantastic amount and once again your donations are very gratefully received. All donations will be split equally between the three deserving charities.
