PLANNING FOR ROSEBANK WHISKY DISTILLERY

Slàinte!  Our proposals for the revival of the famous lowland Malt Whisky distillery, Rosebank, has been granted planning permission by Falkirk Council.

MLA have been working on proposals for the site for several years, mainly with the current owners Scottish Canals. Now, soon to be purchased by Ian Macleod Distillers, we will finally see this iconic building transformed into a world class whisky distillery and visitor experience.

The project sees a modern facility married with complex conservation and refurbishment works, adding to our portfolio of similar projects. It also adds to our growing experience of the drinks and leisure industry, following on from our celebrated Hendrick’s Gin Palace (and with more projects on the way!).

Congratulations to the design team and to Ian Macleod Distillers for all their hard work in getting to this point, here’s to a ‘rosy’ future for the brand!
