Our proposals for the redevelopment of the vacant Corstorphine Hospital and grounds provide 76 luxury residential units.

The listed hospital building will be re-purposed to provide accommodation within the existing structure and new, modern additions are placed to the rear and the south of the original building to replace a series of structures added over the last century.

New landscaping will remove existing, inconsiderate planting, completing and complementing the development by re-instating a sense of a formal garden to the south of the building and the views to the hospital from St John’s Road.
