We have recently completed the Cat A refurbishment of 55 Douglas Street (formerly Cerium House) in Glasgow.

Floorplates were extended into an underused entrance courtyard, creating a new integrated façade and a net increase in area of around 1,000sqm.

This has also allowed for a new double height reception which creates an open, warm and welcoming space.

The basement was overhauled to provide new well being facilities which includes cycle storage, shower and drying rooms with lockers and a fitness studio.

All common areas were refitted and new LED lighting and a VRV mechanical ventilation system provide benefits for both running costs, efficiency and employee comfort.
