70 Wild Miles 2011

70 Wild Miles....

08.06.11 MLA take part in 70 mile endurance event for charity.

The MLA extreme athletes took to the roads and water on the 4th June, completing the 70 Wild miles Challenge to raise funds for the very worthy charity CLIC Sargent.

Now in its 23rd year, this alternative triathlon follows a route through some of Scotland’s most spectacular scenery. With competitors cycling 47 miles, kayaking 10 miles and finishing with a 13 mile run up Glen Etive. Andrew Lilley, Nick Gunn, Sandy Anderson & Tim Griffin all took part in the event, raising over £1,800 for the charity.

Many thanks to everyone who supported ‘The OffRoad Architects’ in this worthy cause.
