Mall Avenue, Musselburgh

We have recently submitted our proposals for Mall Avenue in Musselburgh to East Lothian Council’s Planning Department on behalf of our client, Dundas Estates.

Historically the site of a park and then the successful Brunton’s Wire Mill, this was most recently the site of a Tesco supermarket before they moved to bigger premises across the street.

Our proposals use brick and zinc metal as materials which reflect the site’s industrial past, and our proposed layout creates an open central space which allows connections to the adjacent banks of the River Esk.

This application continues our recent experience in creating large residential developments, following on from Varcity, Woodcroft and the equally fresh Dundas/Fettes Development.
