Fettes & Dundas Development

The application for our masterplan for the redevelopment of the RBS offices at the base of Dundas Street in Edinburgh has recently been lodged by GVA James Barr on behalf of our client, The Royal Bank of Scotland.

This sensitive site lies right on the edge of the boundary of Edinburgh’s much respected World Heritage Site, replacing two modern office buildings and a large car park with a residentially led mixed use masterplan.

Although only PPiP at this stage, we have created concept designs which portray a modern, contemporary language for the buildings which are arranged in a way that helps the properties on Fettes Row and Royal Crescent retain existing views through the site.

We very much look forward to the next stage of this exciting and distinctive project.
