CORSTORPHINE HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT TO PLANNING

MLA have recently submitted plans for the redevelopment of Corstorphine Hospital and grounds on behalf of our client Sundial Dundas (Corstorphine) Ltd.

Built in 1844, the listed Corstorphine Hospital was originally built as a mental health hospital and continued to operate as such until recently.

With the continued consolidation of NHS properties throughout the country, the opportunity came to us to prepare proposals for the hospital’s redevelopment, and we are very excited to have had the chance to expand on our project experience with listed building conversions and residential properties, following on from recent projects such as Ellersley House, Woodcroft and 151 George Street.

Our proposals provide 76 high end residential properties, and we look forward to taking the proposals further.
