Stirling Urban Regeneration
A project to re-develop a derelict area of Stirling City Centre that connects and integrates Stirling railway and bus stations with the rest of the city. The proposals include urban housing, retail, a new public library, offices and a new tourist information centre for the city. The masterplan redifines the street frontage, completes the urban block and creates a positive aspect to visitors arriving from the railway station, rejuvinating what is currently a tired, run down and overlooked part of the city.
Planning Consent for this key component in the commercial development of Stirling was recently granted.
