South Gyle Broadway

This speculative office & hotel development at South Gyle, west Edinburgh achieved full planning approval in early 2008.

Conceptually this project provides a distinctly urban environment for the business park rather than the typical parkland setting. The central street is perceived as the arterial spine providing a vibrant working and leisure environment in which pedestrians and vehicles are integrated, as in any city centre.

The buildings, ranging in sizes and heights will all respond to the linear street to which all entrances face. On each side of the street, the buildings will provide a critical mass to ensure the space is contained.

The seven buildings will provide approximately 350,000 sqft of speculative office accommodation to suit market demand.
