The second phase at Edinburgh Quay completed this award-winning mixed-use development in 2006. Comprising 75,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation arranged over five floors above retail space and a double-height corner entrance, the building is characterised by vertical strips of coloured glazing in the projecting stair tower and in the entrance hall. These coloured glass panels contrast with the sandstone colour of the predominant precast concrete panel cladding.
The theme continues on the inside with a horizontal pattern of lights in a timber wall in the entrance hall and again in the toilets where brightly coloured glass panels contrast with walnut veneered panelling.
