Central Quay, Glasgow

Competition submission providing an innovative and sustainable approach to create a business park near the centre of Glasgow on the banks of the River Clyde. The design focuses on high quality public realm with dynamic individual buildings providing flexible office accommodation including a hotel with conference facilities, foodstore, bars and restaurants.

Within our proposal it was essential to make this a riverside destination in Glasgow, with over 600,000sqft of accommodation to be provided.
