Regeneration of the former GPO building at Westport to create a Grade A office building providing 95,000 square feet of open plan office spread over seven floors with basement parking. The project was completed recently with Sainsbury’s local store now trading on the ground floor and a leading investment firm agreeing to lease half of the sixth floor with their fit out about to commence.

The building achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating and a C+ energy performance certificate and, where possible, all materials were sourced sustainably.
