Rosewell House is a new speculative office building as part of Scotmid Property’s Connect Business Park development at Newbridge on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

Rosewell House is the second phase of the Park masterplan complementing the original Scotmid headquarters building – Hillwood House (also designed by MLA) – in both massing and style.

The new building provides a total of 19,550 sq ft of Grade A open plan office accommodation over three floors, with each floor capable of subdivision into four separate suites.
