The site is strategically located close to the town centre and provides a much needed gateway development on entering from the east. The concept is for a high quality, high density mixed use scheme centred on the public realm and the interaction of people. The variety of uses; office, retail, residential and hotel will ensure a vibrant, sustainable community.

The proposals will provide 27,500sqm of accommodation and the design allows for the phasing of delivery to suit the market demands. The central urban spine, whilst providing the social focus, will link the community with the town centre and surrounding residential developments.
