A major city centre urban regeneration project to develop a derelict canal basin area in Fountainbridge. The development comprises offices, high quality apartments, restaurants, retail and bars. The client is a joint venture between Miller Developments and British Waterways.

The proposals rapidly obtained Planning Consent and feature innovative stylish architecture and exemplary landscaping, creating new public spaces and a successful commercial development.

Phase One is now fully let and won the ‘Best Regeneration Award’ at the Scottish Design Awards. Phase Two was completed in February 2007.

The project is a joint venture between Miller Developments and British Waterways.
