A major city centre urban regeneration project to develop a derelict canal basin area in Fountainbridge. The development comprises offices, high-quality apartments, restaurants, bars and retail space.

The proposals rapidly obtained Planning Consent and feature innovative, stylish architecture and exemplary landscaping creating new public spaces and an outstanding commercial development.

Phase One is now fully let and won the ‘Best Regeneration Award’ at the Scottish Design Awards. Edinburgh Quay Phase Two was completed in 2007. The project is a joint venture between Miller Developments and British Waterways.
