RBS Nursery, Gogarburn, Edinburgh
The Coach House and Stable Block that formed part of the original Gogarburn estate were restored and converted into a nursery for pre-school children and the grounds sensitively and appropriately landscaped.
The nursery facility provides accommodation for 80 children of all pre-school ages as well as the possibility of afterschool clubs. The accommodation has been sensitively incorporated in to the existing buildings while keeping as much of the existing fabric as possible. To the rear of the nursery there is a secluded and private play area within the part of the original walled garden.
