APARTHOTEL SUBMITTED FOR PLANNING

MLA has submitted plans on behalf of Union Hanover for a £35m Urban Villa waterside project adjacent to the Union Canal basin.
MLA worked in close collaboration with the award-winning New York-based architect Grzywinski+Pons on the Freer Street site to deliver a strong, modern architectural identity that reflects the typology of the building and references contextual materials.
This project is a major new development for the area and a catalyst for the development of this important city centre site.
The 180 all-suites unit consists of studios, one bedroom units and four luxury rooftop penthouses.
